Gabi Wheeler recently obtained Summary Judgment in a medical malpractice claim brought against WEATHINGTON neurologist client on the grounds that Plaintiffs and their expert failed to offer any expert testimony that the physician breached the standard of care or that the alleged breach proximately caused the injury at issue.
Thomas State Court Mark Mitchell agreed and granted Summary Judgment.
